Public Hearings organised by AMLA on 24 March 2026

We raise awareness to two public hearings that will be held by AMLA on Tuesday 24 March 2026: Public Hearings - Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism

  • 10:00-12:00 (CET): draft Regulatory Technical Standards on criteria for identifying business relationships, occasional and linked transactions and lower thresholds (draft RTS under Article 19(9) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1624)
  • 13:30-15:30 (CET): draft Regulatory Technical Standards on Customer Due Diligence (draft RTS under Article 28(1) Regulation (EU) 2024/1624)
