Members of the recreational boating industry and related supply chains are invited to participate in the 2025 ACE Exports Compliance Webinar, hosted by the South Florida District Export Council and the U.S. Commercial Service. This two-day, half-day virtual event provides an in-depth look at export compliance obligations under the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and related regulations.

What Participants Will Gain
The program brings together subject matter experts from agencies such as the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to cover:
  • Updates to the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR)
  • Commodity classification and the use of Schedule B / Global Market Finder tools
  • Navigating ACE's Export Reports module
  • Export controls and regulatory developments
  • Direct submissions via ACE/AES
For companies engaged in international sales or shipping- including those in the recreational boating ecosystem-understanding and maintaining compliance with ACE and related export rules is essential to avoiding costly penalties or shipment delays.
