Ambassador Tigran Mkrtchyan's Meeting with Former Member of the European Parliament Spyridon Kolokotronis
29 October, 2025During his visit to Larissa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Greece, Tigran Mkrtchyan, met with former Member of the European Parliament, Spyridon Kolokotronis.
Ambassador Mkrtchyan presented Mr. Kolokotronis with a letter of gratitude for his efforts in the 1980s to raise the Armenian Question and issues concerning the Armenian people in the European Parliament - efforts that led to the adoption of several resolutions by the European Parliament prior to the declaration of independence of the Republic of Armenia.
