Prospect Partners Promotes Colin O’Donnell to Director

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS. - Prospect Partners ("Prospect"), a Chicago-based private equity firm specializing in investing in pre-middle market companies alongside entrepreneurial management teams, is pleased to announce the promotion of Colin O'Donnell to Director.

Colin joined Prospect Partners in 2018 and has played a central role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions across niche manufacturing, value-add distribution, specialty services, and other high-growth segments. Since joining the firm as an Associate, Colin has been instrumental in leading due diligence, deal structuring, and ongoing portfolio company engagement. His elevation to Director reflects his outstanding contributions to Prospect's investment platform and deepening leadership responsibilities.

Prior to Prospect Partners, he began his career in investment banking with Lincoln International in Chicago and Amsterdam, where he developed foundational transaction experience.
