Greenberg Traurig’s Alex Scarola Recognized on City & State’s 2025 ‘Trailblazers in Infrastructure’ List

PHILADELPHIA - Dec. 22, 2025 - Alexander L. Scarola, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice in Philadelphia, was named to City & State Pennsylvania's 2025 "Trailblazers in Infrastructure" list.

According to City & State, the inaugural list recognizes outstanding professionals who have distinguished themselves across areas of business such as construction, transportation, labor, and "other specializations crucial to maintaining and improving the commonwealth's infrastructure."

Scarola focuses his practice on public finance, infrastructure finance, project finance, and asset-based lending. He serves as purchaser's counsel, bond counsel, lender's counsel, underwriter's counsel, disclosure counsel, and borrower's counsel in tax-exempt and taxable finance and lending transactions throughout the country. Scarola advises clients on publicly and privately offered financings in a wide array of sectors, including multifamily housing, airports, water and sewer utilities, highway, bridge and other infrastructure projects, economic development projects, higher education, and real estate-based lending.
