Rodrigo Erazo Takes on Americas Business Development Manager – Municipal Market

DETROIT LAKES, Minnesota (November 3, 2026) SJE announced that Rodrigo Erazo, Latin America Sales Manager for SJE Rhombus and PRIMEX Controls, has assumed the additional role of Americas Business Development Manager - Municipal Market, effective November 1.

In his expanded role, Erazo will support the Anchor Scientific municipal customers and channel partners with practical monitoring, control and automation solutions for water, wastewater and infrastructure applications. He will continue to lead commercial strategy and sales development across Latin America for SJE Rhombus and PRIMEX Controls.

Erazo brings more than 11 years of experience in industrial controls, water and wastewater, remote monitoring and business development. He works closely with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, contractors, consulting engineers and end users to help solve operational challenges, improve reliability and support long-term growth.

His background includes channel management, market development, strategic planning and technical solution selling throughout the Americas and Europe. Prior to joining SJE, Erazo held roles with DigiKey, Orbitz, Hertz and North Dakota State University. Known for a customer-focused, collaborative approach, he builds partnerships that connect technical needs with sound commercial strategy.

Originally from Chile, Erazo has lived and worked in Australia, Brazil, Europe and the United States. His international experience has shaped a global perspective and strong cross-cultural communication skills. He holds a Master's degree in Business Analysis from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Internacional SEK in Chile. Erazo is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
