The Wholesale Box Beef Report reflected a firm market, with choice cuts rising 6.33 to 397.62 and select cuts gaining 3.78. Market volatility for Live Cattle reached its highest level since December early in the week before easing to 20.06% on Tuesday. Daily slaughter numbers remained steady at 103 thousand head, which was consistent with activity from the previous week.
