Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
On March 6, 2026, the audit committee of the board of directors (the "Audit Committee") of RREEF Property Trust, Inc. (the "Company") engaged Forvis Mazars, LLP ("Forvis") as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ended December 31, 2026. The Company previously disclosed that its independent registered public accounting firm for the year ended December 31, 2025 declined to stand for re-election.
In deciding to select Forvis, the Audit Committee reviewed auditor independence issues and existing commercial relationships with Forvis and concluded that Forvis has no commercial relationship with the Company that would impair its independence. During the Company's fiscal years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, and through the subsequent period prior to engaging Forvis, neither the Company nor anyone acting on its behalf consulted with Forvis regarding any of the matters or events described in Items 304(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Regulation S-K.
