Maharashtra B.Pharma CAP Round 2 Seat Allotment: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will release the provisional seat allotment result for B.Pharmacy and Pharm.D CAP Round 2 on October 6, 2026. Candidates who have applied for the second round of the centralized admission process can check their seat allotment status on the official website at ph2026.mahacet.org . The Round 2 allotment will determine admissions to state government, government-aided, and unaided pharmacy institutes all over Maharashtra. Candidates who have been allotted a seat need to log in to their candidate profile and download the allotment letter, complete the online seat acceptance formalities, and report to the allotted colleges for physical reporting and document verification before the last date.

Important candidate instructions after allotment

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 should keep in mind the following points:

• Candidates can check their Round 2 allotment status by logging into www.ph2026.mahacet.org using their Application ID and Password.
• If the candidate is allotted a seat for their First Preference (Preference No. 1) in Round 2, the seat is frozen automatically. Such candidates are required to accept the seat online, pay the seat acceptance fee, and report to the institute; they shall not be allowed to participate in further CAP rounds.
• The candidates, who are allotted options other than their first preference and are satisfied with the allotted option, in such case, they can confirm admission in Round 2 by selecting the "Self-Freeze" option in candidate portal.
• The candidates who want to claim a better option in CAP Round 3 can select the "Not Freeze" (Betterment) option. They have to pay the seat acceptance fee online for Round 2 while waiting for Round 3.
• Those who want to confirm the admission must physically visit the allotted college on October 7, October 8 & October 9, 2026 (up to 5:00 PM) along with the original documents and fee. Failure to pay the seat acceptance fee or to report to the institute within the given time shall also lead to cancellation of the seat allotted.
• The admission will be provisional only till institute checks the original certificates, including the MHT CET/NEET 2026 scorecard, Class 10 & 12 mark sheet, domicile & category certificate (if any).
