My Daily Travel Phase II is underway
My Daily Travel Phase II is underway. Starting this month, selected households will receive an invitation by U.S. Mail asking them to share information about how, when, where, and why members of their household travel. Since only a limited number of households are invited, every completed survey is important.
How you can help. Please consider sharing information about the survey through your website, e-newsletter, social media channels, or public meetings. Your community members may want to confirm that the invitation they received is legitimate. Below are examples of the official My Daily Travel invitation letter and reminder postcard.
You can now explore Phase I data and read more about early analysis of regional travel changes. Building on these efforts, CMAP launched Phase II to develop an even more comprehensive picture of regional travel.
The final data will be available in early 2028 and will support regional and local transportation planning, analysis, and future investment decisions.
