Health Informatics Leader Chris LeGrand Joins DAI

DAI today announced the appointment of Christopher A. LeGrand to its global leadership team. LeGrand, the former CEO of Futures Group, will assume the role of President, DAI Global Health. In this newly created position, he will focus on advancing DAI's global health portfolio, with an emphasis on emerging health markets and services.

"We foresee radical transitions in global health over the next decade," said LeGrand, "driven in part by dramatic advances in medical science and, especially, information technology. These trends present untapped opportunities for business growth and development impact, and I look forward to exploring them in my new role with DAI."

LeGrand is current board chairman of the Triangle Global Health Consortium and is active in various charitable endeavors, both locally and globally. He is the recipient of multiple business leadership awards, including being named one of Business Leader Magazine's top 100 Business Impact Leaders in the Research Triangle area. He holds a master of science degree in information management from The George Washington University and a bachelor of science degree in mathematical sciences from Clemson University.
