Arvest's 16th annual Million Meals campaign raised a record $633,513 to help provide more than 3.16 million meals for hungry families and individuals. Every dollar donated during the two-month-long initiative will benefit more than 70 food partners across the bank's four-state footprint, helping them provide up to five meals for those in need.
The Million Meals campaign runs from April to May each year to support local food banks and pantries during the summer months. Many children lose access to free or reduced-price lunch programs with school out, placing an additional burden on families.
In 2025, the Million Meals campaign raised 3.08 million meals for local food partners. Since 2011, the initiative has helped provide more than 31 million meals and collected more than $5.7 million in donations.
In 2025, Arvest created the Hunger Hero Award to recognize the vital work that local food pantries and their volunteers undertake daily to provide resources to their neighbors in need. God's Pantry in Pea Ridge was the recipient of the 2nd annual Hunger Hero Award and was presented with an additional $2,000 donation from Arvest. This year's winner was chosen by the public through a social media campaign.
