Possession of Stolen Property: 09/22/2025 at 4:27PM, the victim located his stolen motorcycle listed for sale on an on-line marketplace and arranged a meeting with the seller. Officers were flagged down at the meeting location, where Subject 1 (male adult) and Subject 2 (male juvenile) were detained. Subject 1 was taken into custody, and Subject 2 was cited and released to a parent. Case Report # 2025-55078
Vehicle Theft and Other Charges: 09/24/2025 at 03:12AM, officers were flagged down at Mission and Industrial Blvd by the victim who stated her vehicle was stolen by a known subject. Officers utilized the ALPR (Automated License Plate Reader) system and began searching the 500 block of West A St (last known whereabouts) for the vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and the subject who stole the vehicle in a parking lot at an Inn. The subject was arrested for possession of the stolen vehicle and after a custodial search, he was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and an Alameda County probation violation. Vandalism and Other Charges: 09/27/2025 at 12:53AM a security officer from the grocery store on the 27000 block of Hesperian Blvd reported two males were attempting to break into the Wells Fargo ATM at the location. Officers arrived on scene and detained subject 1 in the parking lot. Subject 2, who officers located near the Eden Greenway began to evade them, but the officers were able to chase and detain him. Both subjects were taken into custody, subject 1 was cited for vandalism, and subject 2 was arrested for vandalism, delaying police contact, and violating his Alameda County probation.
