JLL Atlanta’s Alexis Vondersaar honored as Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Young Professional of the Year

ATLANTA (January 13, 2026) - JLL's Alexis Vondersaar has been named Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR) Young Professional of the Year, an honor recognizing outstanding business accomplishments, leadership within the Young Council of REALTORS® (YCR) and meaningful contributions to the commercial real estate industry and broader community.

A Vice President with JLL's Atlanta office agency leasing team, Vondersaar has distinguished herself as a trusted advisor to landlords and an active leader committed to developing the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.

A graduate of Florida State University, Vondersaar joined JLL in 2019 as an Associate and advanced to Vice President, overseeing all aspects of landlord representation including project marketing, lease negotiations and execution and broker engagement. Throughout her tenure, she has managed more than 6.8 million square feet of office space across the Atlanta market.

Vondersaar has played a role in several of Atlanta's most prominent mixed-use office initiatives, including repositioning efforts at Atlantic Station, the grand opening and marketing launch of Avalon, and the rebrand and repositioning of Colony Square.

An active ACBR member since 2018, Vondersaar has consistently supported YCR initiatives, including fundraising and sponsorship efforts for the organization's annual charity golf tournament. She contributed to the planning and execution of the 2024 Magis Puppy Design Challenge and has participated in the Georgia Brain Tumor Walk & Race for multiple years. In 2025, she also took part in the JLL Mentor Protégé program as a protégé.

Notably, Vondersaar contributed alongside Dewey and Executive Managing Director Adam Viente to help drive recent leasing momentum at Perimeter Summit, which is currently 82% leased. Among the deals signed is a 25,000-square-foot lease with FlatironDragados for its new U.S. corporate headquarters, opening this summer.
