Deering to Host Legislative Update in Heyworth

DECATUR, IL… State Representative Regan Deering (R-Decatur) is hosting a legislative update at the VFW Post 1559, located at 203 E. Main in Heyworth, on Thursday, January 29^th, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

"As your State Representative, I want to remain accessible and provide important information to the residents living in the 88^th District," said Rep. Deering. "Hosting events like these helps me connect with constituents, hear concerns, answer questions, and provides a great opportunity for residents to learn about what is happening in Springfield. I look forward to seeing everyone at the event."

The event is open to the public, and RSVPs are not required. Rep. Deering will give a brief recap of the Fall 2025 Veto Session, preview the Spring 2026 Session, and answer state-related questions.
