iProcurement Transition to Oracle Cloud
Starting 12/23/25 at 4:30pm CT, suppliers will be unable to access their iProcurement profiles. This is to allow for wind--down of the current system based on Oracle R12.
Starting 01/02/26, suppliers will be able to access their iProcurement profiles. This will be via the new Oracle Cloud system. Suppliers can find the access links at the Finance Procurement Division website. Suppliers currently registered with Metro will have the same username, but will receive an email on 01/02/26 from ocs.oraclecloud.com prompting them to re-set their password. Suppliers are advised to whitelist this email address.
Suppliers may email [email protected], attaching their W9 for security purposes, for general inquiries or support.
Suppliers are also encouraged to sign-up for training on the new Oracle Cloud based system. Trainings are available at the following dates/times:
