On June 20, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, launched the Asri vahdat dairy factory in the town of Munk, Khovaling district.
This new industrial factory produces more than 10 products, including cream, cottage cheese, kefir, jurghot, cheese, yogurt, fruit kefir, dugh, dughob, maska and other types of dairy products.
The new production factory in Khovaling district was built on the instructions of the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, by domestic entrepreneur Jumakhon Qosimov with the aim of providing the population with natural, environmentally friendly and harmless products. The factory has 1- to 10-ton boilers for processing and storing products.
After the new industrial factory has been put into operation, 20 local residents are provided with permanent jobs.
The production capacity of the dairy processing factory is 30 tons per month and up to 360 tons per year of environmentally friendly and high-quality dairy products.
It was reported that the plant's products are sold in domestic markets under the Asri vahdat trademark in containers of various sizes.
During the tour of the production line, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, gave specific instructions and recommendations to officials to comply with safety regulations during the processing and packaging of dairy products, as well as to bring production into line with national and international standards.
It is worth noting that milk for the factory's operations is obtained from its own livestock farm, and it is also planned to establish cooperation with local residents to ensure its regular operation. The obtained products are fully tested before processing in a laboratory equipped in accordance with international standards.
After getting acquainted with the production process, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, also got acquainted with the project of building a sausage production factory there. It was reported that the sausage production factory on Rudaki Street, Munk town, Khovaling district, will be built by this domestic entrepreneur and equipped with the necessary production and working conditions.
This factory, which will have a capacity to process 1 ton of meat per day, will provide 20 local residents with permanent jobs.
The entrepreneur also owns a livestock farm with more than 20 dairy cows of the black-and-white breed and 100 cows of the Swedish breed, which will allow these two factories to supply meat and milk.
