Farmers Market Season Kicks Off May 22
NEW BRUSWICK, NJ (May 17, 2026) - The Rutgers Community Farmers Market reopens for the season on Friday, May 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Rutgers Gardens, 130 Log Cabin Road.
The season - with markets throughout New Brunswick - runs through Nov. 21. The market will be closed on June 20 and July 4.
Here is the upcoming schedule:
- Tuesdays, July 7 through Oct. 27: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 178 Jones Ave.
- Thursdays, Aug. 27 - Nov. 19: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., College Avenue Student Center, 126 College Ave. (Note there is no public parking)
- Fridays, May 22 - Nov. 20: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Rutgers Gardens, 130 Log Cabin Road. (Note this will be closed on June 19 and July 3)
- Saturdays, June 20 - Nov. 21: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 178 Jones Ave. (Note this will be closed July 4.)
