Developer hosting Community Open House on 7/16 for planned Ashby Transit-Oriented Development

On Thursday, July 16, Adeline Alliance Partners, together with the City of Berkeley and BART, are hosting a Community Open House to gather input from community members on the future of the Ashby Transit-Oriented Development (TOD).

The proposed project will see the development of hundreds of mixed-income homes, new community/commercial spaces, and enhanced access to BART on the Ashby BART West Parking Lot. Adeline Alliance Partners was selected by the BART Board of Directors at its July 2025 meeting to enter an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with BART for the development of the site.

Where: South Berkeley Senior Center (2939 Ellis St., Berkeley)
