DNC Announces Initial Six-Figure Investment in Pennsylvania Democratic Party Ahead of Critical Election to Retain PA Supreme Court Justices Arrow

The DNC is all hands on deck to win the crucial Pennsylvania Supreme Court elections in November

Today, with less than two months until Election Day, the DNC announced a new six-figure investment to support the Pennsylvania Democratic Party in their on-the-ground voter contact efforts, including to retain Pennsylvania Supreme Court justices Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention races are among the most important 2025 elections to watch in the lead-up to the 2028 Presidential election. In Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court has and will continue to issue consequential rulings - on abortion funding and access, voting rights, and gerrymandering.

MAGA extremists also understand the importance of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention races. That's why right-wing billionaires like Jeff Yass are trying to buy the Courts, just like Elon Musk attempted and failed in Wisconsin earlier this year.

The DNC is all hands on deck to win crucial races like these and ensure the people of Pennsylvania choose their justices, not right-wing billionaires like Jeff Yass.

Today's announced investment will support the Pennsylvania Democratic Party's on-the-ground voter contact efforts this year and next, including in the critical retention races for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court by:

• Freeing up funds for paid programming, like direct mail to Pennsylvania residents.

• Supporting volunteer organizing efforts to speak to voters across the state.
