Shenandoah, IA - Adam Wright, Bank President of Northwest Bank in Shenandoah, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dylan White to Loan Portfolio Manager. In his new role, Dylan will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining loan portfolios, including analyzing financial documents, evaluating product options, and building strong banking relationships with customers.

Dylan is a graduate from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in agriculture business. He joined Northwest Bank in 2025 as part of the Management Trainee program which provides participants with comprehensive exposure to the bank's departments and prepares them with a well-rounded understanding of banking operations and leadership.

Upon joining the Northwest Bank team, Dylan relocated to Shenandoah. He is an active member of the Optimist Club and serves as an alumni advisor for AGR Fraternity. Dylan is passionate about community engagement and looks forward to exploring additional opportunities to give back. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in outdoor activities.
