Orrick Adds Leading Securities Litigator in Silicon Valley

• Eddie Han joins Orrick's Financial & Securities Litigation Group in Silicon Valley as a partner.
• Eddie brings a strong record of winning securities, commercial and fund litigation in federal and state courts, as well as advising on internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters. He also has significant experience representing clients in investigations initiated by the DOJ, SEC, and other federal and state agencies and self-regulatory organizations.
• His clients include companies, officers, directors, underwriters, investment advisors, hedge funds, mutual funds and venture capital firms, and his experience spans the tech, life sciences and finance sectors.
• Recognized as a leading securities and M&A litigator by The Legal 500, he joins from Paul Hastings, where he was chair of the Palo Alto office.
