Graham Strengthens the Signal at Taoglas with Two International Add-Ons

Expands Global Reach and Critical Communications Presence

Graham Partners ("Graham"), a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing and technology-enabled services businesses, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Taoglas, a designer and manufacturer of antennas and advanced IoT components, completed its first two add-on acquisitions under Graham's ownership, SFL Mobile Radio / Sure Antennas (together, "SFL") and QuWireless ("Qu"). Graham believes SFL and Qu will help Taoglas capture additional demand for wireless connectivity in the public safety and critical infrastructure end markets, broaden its portfolio of customized antenna offerings, and establish new manufacturing and engineering operations across Europe.

As products incorporate increasingly complex connectivity requirements, they require a greater number of sophisticated, customized antennas, favoring providers that can deliver integrated, engineering-driven solutions. Graham believes combining SFL's and Qu's specialized capabilities with Taoglas' engineering scale and global distribution will create a platform capable of delivering end-to-end connectivity solutions while also unlocking cross-selling and operational synergies.

Headquartered near Liverpool, United Kingdom, SFL is a provider of specialized communications solutions for the public safety, government, and critical infrastructure end markets. SFL's antenna and communications solutions serve a diverse base of customers, including approximately 40% of the U.K.'s police forces, providing Taoglas with local customer access and a foothold to accelerate growth across the U.K. and broader European markets.

Based near Iwiny, Poland, Qu is a manufacturer of specialized antennas serving a global customer base, with a particular focus on customers requiring outdoor, ruggedized applications. Qu offers the opportunity to expand Taoglas' presence in the global critical infrastructure market, while adding an engineering and manufacturing presence in Poland to better serve European customers.

Graham expects that the leadership of both companies will remain in place and work alongside the existing Taoglas team post-close to continue growing the combined business. Stephen Wittmann, Principal at Graham Partners, said, "SFL and Qu each bring a differentiated suite of antenna technology that we believe will strengthen Taoglas' position in the global public safety and critical infrastructure markets, while adding valuable engineering and manufacturing capabilities in Europe." Rob Newbold, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Graham Partners, added, "Graham and Taoglas have admired the capabilities and customer bases built by the SFL and Qu teams and are excited to partner with them in this next chapter. The global antenna market is seeing significant growth and we believe that together with SFL and Qu, Taoglas will be even better positioned to continue benefiting from that growth."
