Ustica disaster: Government to object to dismissal request
The Government, through the Office of the State Advocate General, will object to the request to close proceedings regarding the investigation into the Ustica disaster, submitted by the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The hearing for the judge to rule on the dismissal request is scheduled for 30 September.
It is currently not yet possible to join the proceedings as a civil party as the preliminary investigation stage is still underway.
