Late Products Report

Retailers tracking supplier performance often struggle to pinpoint which products are consistently shipped late making it harder to address fulfillment issues and improve delivery reliability.

With the new 'Late Products' Report in Report Builder, retailers can now easily identify specific SKUs that are repeatedly delayed. This helps teams take targeted action with suppliers and improve on-time delivery rates.

We've also simplified how delivery timing is tracked: instead of adding separate fields for early, on-time, and late shipments, users can now add a single field that covers all outcomes. Plus, EAN is now available as a report field making it easier to match product data across systems.
