Dentons strengthens UAE Corporate team with the appointment of Ramy Ramadan as a partner in Dubai

Dubai-Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, is pleased to announce that Ramy Ramadan has joined its Corporate practice as a partner in Dubai with effect from 1 October.

Ramy brings over a decade of cross-border M&A and corporate expertise from Washington DC and Dubai, further enhancing Dentons' thriving Middle East Corporate practice.

Ramy is highly regarded for advising international and regional clients - including corporates, financial sponsors and sovereign-related entities - on some of the most significant transactions and projects in the Middle East.

His practice spans a range of sectors, with particular expertise in energy and infrastructure (including the fast-growing data centres sector), and he regularly advises on M&A, joint ventures and corporate structuring for project-financed assets. He also brings expertise in life sciences and consumer goods from his practice in the United States.
