Science on Tap at Turnagain Brewing, Sept. 24
The UAA Department of Biological Sciences will be hosting a fun, casual, scientific discussion with Turnagain Brewing's own Ted Rosenzweig on the Diastaticus yeast and hop creep, or "how biologists solved the great brewing mysteries of the turn of the century."
