Sheehy Secures $12.2 Million for Montana in Latest Funding Bill

U.S. SENATE - Senator Tim Sheehy today applauded the Senate's passage of a funding bill that includes $12.2 million for projects in Montana. The bill now heads to President Trump's desk.

"I'm proud to fight for these commonsense priorities to upgrade critical infrastructure, support our local law enforcement, and ensure the needs of Montanans are front and center as the Senate continues its work to fund the government responsibly and return to regular order," said Senator Sheehy.

Sheehy wins in the recently passed minibus include:
$3,000,000 - Montana State University VITAL and Bioinformatics Facilities Equipment
$750,000 - Montana Regional Incubator in Drought Resiliency at the University of Montana
$320,000 - Gallatin College Law Enforcement Academy - Montana State University
$140,000 - police vehicles for the Prairie County Sheriff's Office
$100,000 - Search and Rescue equipment for the Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office
$127,000 - Search and Rescue equipment for the Treasure County Sheriff-Coroner's Office
$185,000 - police vehicles for the St. Ignatius Police Department
$420,000 - public safety communications equipment upgrade for the Glacier County Sheriff's Office
$825,000 - 12th Street BNSF Railroad Sanitary Sewer Crossing Replacement Project
$1,750,000 - Missoula County for Water Well Upgrades
$4,625,000 - St. Ignatius Wastewater Collection System Replacement Project
