BUCKEYE, AZ (December 17, 2025): A 12-year-old girl is facing charges after threatening fellow students this morning at Westpark Elementary School.
Buckeye police were contacted by school officials around 9:30 a.m. who reported a seventh-grade student had threatened to shoot other students. Officers responded to the school to investigate. Based on information gathered, Buckeye police will be submitting charges for threats and disorderly conduct. The student also faces discipline at the school level. No firearm was located on campus.
Buckeye police applaud school staff for promptly notifying police so officers could quickly respond and ensure the safety of the school.
