Project ALIVE – A Kerry and Concern Worldwide Partnership Driving Change

Since 2023, Kerry has been proud to partner with Concern Worldwide on Project ALIVE, a four-year initiative working to transform lives in Tana River County, Kenya-an area profoundly affected by climate change and poverty.

In 2025, Kerry colleagues visited Tana River alongside Concern teams to connect with the communities at the center of this program and witness the impact of our shared efforts to advance food security and sustainable nutrition.

One of those voices is Maureen Adhiambo, a single mother who openly shares her journey and the difference that joining the Bright Future Group-a community-based network supported through Project ALIVE-has made in her life. Through collective lending and knowledge sharing, groups like Bright Future are helping smallholder farmers strengthen their livelihoods, provide for their families, and plan for a more secure future.
