Acquisition pairs CyberFOX privileged access, password, and network controls with continuous M365 tenant monitoring, giving small to mid-sized enterprises coverage on both the device and the cloud
TAMPA, Fla., October 8, 2026 - CyberFOX®, a global cybersecurity software provider helping IT teams control access, protect credentials, and secure connectivity, today announced it has acquired Optimize365. The acquisition adds continuous Microsoft 365 tenant monitoring and hardening to a portfolio that already covers privileged access management (PAM), password management, AI-powered DNS Filtering, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
IT teams are responsible for securing more of the environment than ever. Microsoft 365 adds another layer of complexity, with configurations, permissions, and security settings that can change over time and create risk when they go unmanaged. The acquisition of Optimize365 expands CyberFOX ability to help IT teams identify and address these risks across both endpoint and cloud environments.
"IT teams are facing an increasingly complex access attack surface, from endpoints and identities to Microsoft 365 and beyond," said David Bellini, CEO of CyberFOX. "Our goal is to give them a comprehensive suite of security platforms that protects the full access attack surface, without adding more complexity."
What this acquisition means for customers:
"Optimize365 expands what CyberFOX can deliver to these teams, giving them a more complete approach to security without adding another complex platform to manage. It's a natural extension of our mission to give lean IT teams the tools they need to stay ahead of threats," said Adam Slutskin, Chief Revenue Officer at CyberFOX.
Optimize365 will continue to operate under the Optimize365 brand within the CyberFOX portfolio in the near term. Existing Optimize365 partners and customers will see no disruption to service, support, or contracts. CyberFOX plans to integrate Optimize365 into its partner program and product roadmap over the coming quarters.
The acquisition follows CyberFOX nine-figure growth investment led by Level Equity and Radian Capital in February 2026, and its acquisition of SASE provider Timus Networks in June 2026.
