Odor around Cynwyd Elementary
The Township and PECO Gas have received a number of recent calls about a sulfur-like odor in the neighborhoods near Cynwyd Elementary School. The smell has been investigated by PECO representatives and is apparently attributable to the roofing work being done at Cynwyd Elementary School. That project is using roofing tar on the project which emits a sulfur like smell. This project should be completed within the next week.
