A woman has died following a vehicle versus pedestrian crash on Northeast 102nd Avenue between Northeast Pacific Street and Northeast Halsey Street in Portland's Gateway Neighborhood. The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators. The Major Crash Team responded to investigate.

On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 7:57 p.m., Portland Fire & Rescue and Portland Police officers from East Precinct responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash on Northeast 102nd Avenue between Northeast Pacific Street and Northeast Halsey Street in the Gateway Neighborhood.
The female pedestrian was deceased at the scene. The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
The Portland Police Traffic Division's Major Crash Team responded to investigate. Northeast 102nd Avenue is closed in both directions between Northeast Pacific Street and Northeast Halsey Street during the investigation.
