100 Homes update: 20 homes completed, 15 under construction


The City's 100 Homes Program is making a lot of progress toward the goal of building 100 new homes! The Community Development Department is still accepting applications from interested homebuyers and encourages anyone interested to apply online .

Here's a breakdown of the latest numbers:

  • 46 buyers approved and moving through the program

  • 2 buyers ready to select lots


  • 9 homes awaiting construction

  • 15 homes under construction

  • 20 homes sold and occupied
