RAYNOR AVENUE BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 Joliet, IL - As part of the North Prairie Water Main Improvement Project, new water main must be constructed along Ingalls Avenue between Plainfield Road and North Raynor Avenue. The work to construct the new water main along Ingalls Avenue will require daytime closures. Local detours will be in place during this stage of construction. This stage of work is scheduled to begin September 30th through November 21st. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternative routes for the duration of the work. We appreciate your patience and ask that you drive slowly and cautiously through any construction zone.
