New Affordable Homeownership Opportunity Coming to Santa Rosa from Burbank Housing

A new affordable homeownership opportunity will soon be available in Santa Rosa for income eligible buyers. Burbank Housing, the program administrator for the Sonoma County Community Development Commission's affordable homeownership programs, is partnering with Lenox Homes and Sonoma County to bring this opportunity to the community.

Educational classes for prospective homebuyers will begin in Summer 2026. These sessions are available in English and Spanish and will provide detailed information about the program, eligibility criteria, and the steps involved in the homebuying process.
