Stream Realty Partners Expands Construction and Project Management Services into Richmond, Virginia

WASHINGTON, D.C. - November 2, 2026 - Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has expanded its construction and project management capabilities into Richmond, Virginia, with the appointment of Stephen Jayjock as Managing Director of Construction Management. The strategic expansion strengthens Stream's presence in the Commonwealth and extends its ability to serve occupiers, owners, and investors throughout Central Virginia.

In his new role, Jayjock will lead the growth of Stream's construction and project management services across the Richmond region, focusing on client relationships, project delivery, and team development. Working alongside Managing Director Charlie Smiroldo and Executive Managing Director and Partner Kyle Luby, who oversees Stream's Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia offices, Jayjock will leverage the firm's integrated national platform to provide clients with strategic guidance and hands-on project oversight from initial planning through completion.

"Richmond represents an exciting opportunity to expand our construction and project management capabilities and better serve clients throughout Central Virginia," said Luby. "Stephen brings an exceptional combination of technical expertise, market knowledge, and proven leadership. His experience building successful teams and delivering complex projects makes him the ideal person to lead this expansion as we continue to grow our presence across the region."

Jayjock brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having delivered more than 3 million square feet of projects across more than 25 markets. Prior to joining Stream, he spent seven years at JLL as Vice President of Project & Development Services, where he played an instrumental role in expanding the firm's Richmond presence, growing its project management capabilities, and strengthening client relationships across multiple sectors. Previously, he held positions at Cushman & Wakefield and rand* Construction, managing complex construction projects and providing owner representation services for corporate, technology, and professional services clients.

"Stream's entrepreneurial culture and integrated platform create a unique opportunity to build something meaningful in the Richmond market," said Jayjock. "I'm excited to expand the firm's construction and project management services into Central Virginia, combining local expertise with the resources of a national platform. My focus is on building lasting client relationships, developing a strong local team, and delivering the strategic guidance and execution that help our clients achieve their real estate goals."
