11th Heads of Mission Conference

The 11th Heads of Mission (HoMs) Conference was organised by the Ministry of External Affairs from 28th April to 30th April, 2026 at the National Agricultural Science Complex, Pusa, New Delhi. This year's HoMs Conference was centered around the theme "Reforming Indian Diplomacy for 2047".

2. Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed the HoMs on 30th April and provided valuable guidance on promoting India's national interests abroad. External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar delivered the inaugural address on 29th April.

3. Over the course of three days, the HoMs participated in yoga, brainstorming sessions, table top exercises and thematic discussions, touching upon various geopolitical developments, emerging technologies, 3Ts (Trade, Technology, and Tourism), the Bharat story, and future-ready diplomacy.
