TRAFFIC ALERT: Nightly lane closures for resurfacing on I-435 in Jackson County, March 30-May 31

JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting nightly lane closures for resurfacing operations on I-435 at the locations below. All work is weather permitting.

See traffic modifications below:

• Various lane closures including ramps on northbound and southbound I-435 from MO 24 to 78th Street (23rd Street) beginning on Monday, March 30 until Sunday, May 31. Work will take place between 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following morning. Expected delays in this area.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris form the roadway.
