Fried Frank Shortlisted for M&A Deal of the Year in IFLR’s 2026 Europe Awards

IFLR named Fried Frank a finalist in the "Deal of the Year: M&A" category as part of its 2026 Europe Awards. The firm is shortlisted for its work advising Bally's Corporation on the combination of its International Interactive business with Intralot's global lottery and gaming business, with the Fried Frank team led by partners Philip Richter, Aseet Dalvi and Ezra Schneck.

The IFLR Europe Awards recognize legal innovation through dealmaking and the work that improves the cross-border investment environment. Winners will be announced on June 11 at an awards ceremony in London.
