Leyendecker Appointed as Board Chair of Juxtaposition Arts

Leah Leyendecker has been appointed the Board Chair of Juxtaposition Arts, marking a significant milestone as the organization's youngest ever Board Chair. Juxtaposition Arts (JXTA) is a non-profit youth art and design education center, gallery, retail shop, and artists' studio space in North Minneapolis. Leah brings her experience as an attorney, her dedication to community service and her continued support of young artists to the board. Learn more about the organization here.

Leyendecker focuses her practice on commercial transactions driven by intellectual property, intangible assets, and technology. Her cross-sector experience enables Leyendecker to anticipate challenges and suggest practical, creative solutions. She regularly advises clients on intellectual property, licensing, brand protection and sponsorship matters, and provides strategic counsel on the intellectual property and technology aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Notably, she has advised professional sports teams and leagues on a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions.
