Nelson Holoway Bell, 44, unhoused was placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Asportation and Resisting Arrest. An employee of an Alewife Brook Pkwy business reported Holoway had stolen $10 worth of merchandise. When confronted by officers Holoway physically resisted.
