A critical care nurse by training, Eldridge began his nursing career at MedStar Health in Washington, DC, in the cardiovascular intensive care unit.
Eldridge is currently serving his third term on the CRISP HIE Reporting and Analytics Council and participates in several professional organizations. He also lends his expertise to regional healthcare boards and the Maryland Hospital Association.
