‍Fully leased, two-building industrial portfolio in Dayton, Ohio

‍Indianapolis, Indiana, August 25, 2026 - Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, has facilitated the sale of Webster Industrial Campus Buildings III and IV, a two-building, 249,975-square-foot industrial portfolio located at 7400-7450 and 7462-7498 Webster Street in Dayton, Ohio. The fully leased property is situated on 18.88 acres near the intersection of Interstates 70 and 75, approximately 55 miles north of Cincinnati.

‍Colliers Industrial Capital Markets advisors Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse and Tyler Ziebel, alongside local market advisors Todd Cochran, Norm Khoury and Andrew Mullen, represented the seller, Tower Investments. Sperry Equities, a privately held real estate investment firm based in Irvine, California, with a diversified portfolio of commercial properties throughout the United States, acquired the property.
