Two LAFD Firefighters Sustain Minor Injuries in Vehicle Accident While Responding to Structure Fire

The Los Angeles Fire Department is reporting that two of its firefighters sustained minor injuries today when their apparatus was involved in a vehicle accident while responding to a structure fire.

Both firefighters were transported to a local hospital and are being evaluated by medical personnel. No members of the public were injured in the accident. The identities of the injured firefighters are being withheld pending notification of their families.
