New Office Expansion in Des Moines

ARTISAN Capital Group ("ACG") is excited to announce that our growing team in Des Moines has recently moved into new office space at 1719 Grand Avenue, Suite 100 on the western edge of downtown. The office space is part of the Gateway Lofts mixed-use property that ARTISAN purchased in 2021. Since our founding and first acquisitions in 2017, we continue to increase our team size and real estate portfolio. While our headquarters is in Chicago, our Des Moines regional office allows us to continue to provide our strategic "boots on the ground" approach to real estate investing and management within the region. Additionally, ACG's property management vertical, ARTISAN Management Group, offices alongside ACG in our new space.
