Two privileged college classmates decide to commit the perfect murder "just for fun." With the body of their friend tucked into a wooden trunk, they host a party that includes mutual friends and even the victim's siblings. But one guest is suspicious of the smug hosts serving drinks on a trunk they refuse to open. As thunder grows outside, the horror and tension build in this mystery thriller. The inspiration for Alfred Hitchcock's 1948 film of the same name, Rope promises an evening of suspense and chills.

The legendary Don Quixote is nearing 50 years old as his story unfolds, according to Cervantes as depicted by Strauss. Brahms was 51 when he wrote his last symphony. Come hear how one fictional hero and one musical hero deal with their respective midlife crises. Featuring CCM alumni soloists Rebecca Barnes, member of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra; and Jonathan Lee, Principal Cello of the Dayton Philharmonic.

An infamously bloody tale of obsession and revenge, featuring a collaboration between CCM's nationally recognized Musical Theatre and Opera programs with the CCM Philharmonia. Sweeney Todd, an unjustly exiled barber, returns to 19^th century London, seeking vengeance against the lecherous judge who framed him and ravaged his young wife. The road to revenge leads Todd to Mrs. Lovett, a resourceful proprietress of a failing pie shop, above which, he opens a new barber practice. Mrs. Lovett's luck sharply shifts when Todd's thirst for blood inspires the integration of a new ingredient into her meat pies that has the people of London lining up... and the carnage has only just begun!
