Companies House management information: identity verification April to June 2026

What this data covers

The data shows:

  • the number of director and PSC appointments that comply with identity verification requirements
  • the percentage of appointments that comply with identity verification requirements

Reporting period

This publication covers quarter 1 of the financial year 2026 to 2027 (April to June 2026).

Background

Compulsory identity verification for all directors and people with significant control came into effect on 18 November 2025. This is part of the reforms introduced by the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCT Act 2023).
