Partners Eric Lamb and Samantha M. Her practice focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement, including litigation and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She is particularly known for her work protecting high-profile consumer, sports, collegiate, and food and beverage brands, including anti-counterfeiting initiatives and successful domain name recovery actions for some of the world's most recognizable organizations.
