The 2026 ARIN Elections concluded at 7:00 PM ET on Friday, 30 October, and ARIN wishes to congratulate those elected by the community to serve on the Board of Trustees and Advisory Council (AC).
Catherine Middleton has been elected, and incumbents Dan Alexander and Tina Morris have been re-elected to the Board of Trustees. Each will serve a three-year term starting 1 January 2027. The Board of Trustees thanks Kevin Blumberg for his participation in this year's election. His interest in contributing to the future of ARIN - and his concern for the governance of the organization and the Internet - are deeply appreciated, and we look forward to his continued participation.
Altie Jackson has been elected, and incumbents Elizabeth Goodson, Kaitlyn Pellak, Leif Sawyer, and Matthew Wilder have been re-elected to the AC for three-year terms beginning 1 January 2027. The Board of Trustees thanks Douglas Camin and Evghenii Kosatii for their participation in this year's AC elections and looks forward to their continued involvement in our community, including Internet number resource policy development.
This year was an appointment year for the NRO Number Council (NC) seat from the ARIN region. As announced on 22 October 2026, Kathleen Hunter was appointed by the Board of Trustees and will begin serving on 1 January 2027 for a three-year term. Thank you to Kate Gerry and Adair Thaxton for volunteering as candidates for the NRO NC, and we appreciate your participation.
We would like to extend a thank you to our Board of Trustees Chair Nancy Carter, whose years of service to our community have made an impact on ARIN and its mission. We would also like to thank outgoing AC member Douglas Camin, who has helped shepherd many policies during his time on the Advisory Council, and NRO NC member Kevin Blumberg, whose commitment to global Internet policy has helped shape the future of the Internet.
Regards,
John Curran
